– Process Flow / Process Parameter/SOP / Work Instruction etc.
– PPAP / APQP / QAP etc.
– Aspect Impact Register (AIR)
– Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) sheet.
– Corrective & Preventive Action – CAPA.
– Dashboard Management – Trends based on Organization objectives & target.
– Provide training on – Kaizen / 5’s / 7QC Tools / SPC / 8D / Lean Manufacturing- waste reduction etc.
– Provide total guidelines and support in certification and product ratings
